INTRODUCTION

Precision starts in the program.

Complex 5-axis parts, tight deadlines, no free programming capacity in-house. This is exactly where TJ Solution comes in.

CAM programming with machine know-how

TJ Solution programs your parts in hyperMILL, from 3+2-axis machining to 5-axis simultaneous milling. The programs run on all common controls and adapt to your machines, not the other way round.

Independent. Focused. Direct.

TJ Solution does not run its own production. So there is no conflict of interest, just one goal: your machine should produce faster, safer and with a stable process.

Craft meets technology

Our own tools at the interface of CAD/CAM automation and artificial intelligence make recurring tasks faster and reproducible. These tools run locally, so your data stays with you.

SERVICES

From model to finished program.

You provide a STEP file or drawing, I deliver reliable NC programs. Without your own programming department and without ramp-up time.

CAM programming

3+2-axis and 5-axis simultaneous in hyperMILL. Strategy, fixturing concept, simulation and collision-free programs for your machine.

Reverse engineering

No CAD model? A 3D scan or sample part becomes a clean solid model, ready for design and manufacturing.

PROCESS

Four steps. No surprises at the machine.

  1. N10

    Data & request

You send the 3D model, drawing and details of machine and control. You get a quick assessment.

  2. N20

    Strategy

Setups, tools and machining sequence are agreed with you, matched to your machines.

  3. N30

    Programming

Programming in hyperMILL with machine simulation, so collisions show up on screen instead of at the spindle.

  4. N40

    Handover

You receive post-processed NC code with a setup sheet. If you have questions during prove-out, you can reach me directly.
